UI/UX PROTOTYPE / THE STREET

A connected journey.
Before a platform is built.

THE STREET explores how artist discovery, applications, review and operations can work together. The prototype makes those relationships visible so the next development scope can be discussed concretely.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

One platform.
Several different jobs.

A music platform has more than one audience. Visitors need to understand the brand and discover artists. Applicants need a clear route into an opportunity. Reviewers and operators need a way to understand what happens next.

For THE STREET, LINKCORE’s role was to shape the information architecture, key screens and role-specific user flows into a UI/UX prototype. The published walkthrough presents five connected views: brand, artists, applications, review and operations.

02 / THE DESIGN QUESTION

What should happen
after the first click?

The useful question is how a person moves between stages. An artist discovery screen should explain where an interested visitor can go next. An application view should make the requested information understandable. A review view should help the team discuss how entries will be assessed.

Putting these views together makes it possible to review the intended journey before committing to a production system. The screens are a shared reference for deciding what belongs in a first release.

03 / WHAT THE WORK SHOWS

A tangible basis
for a development brief.

  • Information architecture connecting the public experience with operational views.
  • Key screens for discovery, application, review and management.
  • A five-slide walkthrough that stakeholders can use to discuss the proposed experience.

This is a prototype case, not evidence of a deployed application, active users or business results. Authentication, data storage, permission controls, submission handling and operating policies would need to be defined and implemented for a production service.

04 / YOUR PROJECT

Start with the decisions
you need to make.

If you are planning a corporate website, campaign experience or service platform, start with the people who will use it and the action each person needs to complete. We can use that brief to discuss a website or an interactive prototype and agree what a later production build would involve.
